Supporting the Sacred Transition with Compassion and Care The End of Life Doula Training at the Healing Arts Academy is designed to equip students with the knowledge, tools, and emotional resilience needed to provide compassionate care and support during the end-of-life journey. Also known as Death Doula, this program offers a holistic approach to death and dying, integrating emotional, spiritual, and practical care to help individuals and families navigate this sacred transition with peace and dignity. Over the course of 8 weeks, students will learn the essential skills required to be present and supportive in both the practical and metaphysical aspects of death care. From understanding the stages of dying to creating a sacred space for transition, this course prepares doulas to offer comfort and guidance to the dying and their loved ones.
